Information on this website
Your bag stores only product identifiers, selected options and quantities in your browser’s local storage. Checkout collects your name, email, delivery address and any phone number or delivery instructions you provide. Selecting Pay submits these details and your selected items to our server to request a payment session. Your browser may offer its own autofill functions. Checkout does not require an account.
Email and telephone enquiries
The contact form prepares an email draft. NORVEX receives it only if you send the message using your email service. When you contact us, we may receive your contact details, correspondence, product questions and information needed to address your request. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information, card numbers or security codes.
Purpose and recipients
We use information you submit to arrange the requested payment session, administer purchases and delivery, answer enquiries and handle returns or complaints. The payment service receives the order amount, selected items and contact or delivery details needed for that transaction. Relevant information may also be handled by our hosting, email, fulfilment and technical service providers, professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not use delivery details for marketing without an appropriate basis.
Hosting and embedded video
The hosting service may process technical logs such as IP addresses and request information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Product videos load only when you choose to play them. Loading a video shares standard network information with our media delivery provider. Product photographs are served with this website.
Overseas processing
Hosting, email or media providers may process technical information or correspondence outside Australia. Actual locations depend on the services involved; a verified list of processing countries is not currently available. You can request information about a particular service from our privacy contact.
Order and policy records
The payment-session request includes the selected products, AUD amounts, contact and delivery details, a request reference, the policy version presented and the time your agreement is received. These records support your purchase, customer service and payment disputes. Relevant records may be shared with payment processors, their payment networks and dispute-handling partners, or authorities where necessary and lawful.
Storage and security
We limit access to customer and transaction records to those who need them for the relevant purpose and retain them only for reasonably necessary business, dispute-handling and legal periods. No internet transmission can be guaranteed risk-free. Clear browser site data to remove your bag. Checkout fields remain in page memory until submitted or the page is left; your browser may separately retain autofill data. Card numbers and security codes are entered on the payment page and are not collected by this checkout form. Providing the required contact and delivery information is necessary to arrange payment and fulfil the order; optional fields can be left blank.
Access, correction and complaints
Contact our privacy email to request access or correction, or to raise a concern. We may need reasonable identity checks, will consider the request and explain any lawful restriction. You may also request deletion where retention is not required. Unresolved privacy concerns can be taken to the OAIC where applicable.
Changes
